Production & Dispatch Times
A vast majority of our products are made to order and will therefore take 5 - 7 days to be made before being dispatched. Custom products could take a little longer dependent on the specifics of the piece. If you require a product more urgently, please get in touch before placing your order.
Gift Orders
If you would like us to send an order as a gift directly to the recipient, just add a note at checkout! All orders come wrapped in tissue paper, but if you want a specific note sending with the order then let me know and I can do this for you.
Delivery
All products come with free standard delivery and are sent Royal Mail first class.
There is the option to upgrade to DPD Tracked Delivery. To request this, please contact me separately so I can arrange a quotation for you. Please consider requesting a tracked delivery option for larger or urgent orders, as I cannot track an order sent with standard delivery.
Returns
Please get in touch if you have any problems with your order. Legally we do not accept returns on earrings due to hygiene reasons. If your products are damaged upon arrival, please get in touch ASAP in order to allow us to contact the courier for an investigation.
